Review of our guest performance at ‘Stadt im Überfluss’

The last guest performance of this summer season was a special highlight for us. We had the honour of performing our plays Are you ready? and Ahoi! at the impressive Stadt im Überfluss festival in Esslingen. This festival, which moved and activated people through strong statements, was entirely in keeping with our own aspiration to provide impetus and open up spaces.
On Sunday, we presented Are you ready?, which deals with the emotional dimensions of climate change. The audience was deeply engaged right from the start and more connected to the topic than ever before. The interactions and conversations following the performance showed us how moved people were by these issues.

Our team consisted of five people this time, including two new colleagues: Kathjerina Sattler, who supported with acting and singing, and Johannes Arndt, who took on the technical support. Special thanks also go to Adylin Kudzick, who captured important moments in photographs.

Finally, we would like to thank the entire Stadt im Überfluss festival team. It was an enriching experience to be part of this event. We look forward to realising more projects in the coming season and continuing to reach audiences with our plays.
