#STILL - See with your ears
Invitation to a listening and sound workshop
As part of the new production STILL, TheatreFragile invites you to a special workshop in Detmold, led by Lasse-Marc Riek, a sound artist and bioacoustician. Together we will explore sounds and silence - both indoors and outdoors in woodland surroundings. With a heightened sense of hearing, we will experience the forest from a new perspective.
The workshop starts at 10.00 a.m. with a round of introductions and a keynote speech. We will then sharpen our hearing through exercises to sensitise our hearing, followed by a sound walk and sound recordings in the forest.
No previous knowledge is required. Please bring weather-appropriate clothing. If you have any, you are welcome to bring closed headphones.
