TheatreFragile in Focus

Thanks to funding from the Fonds Soziokultur, the TheatreFragile overhead team has been able to come into focus and look to the future with renewed vigour!

Productions, guest performances, workshops... The visible tip of the iceberg is only possible thanks to the constant commitment of the core team, who book, invoice, write, telephone, organise and communicate. Thanks to the funding, we were able to take the time to reflect on and optimise our work processes in several supervision and coaching sessions as well as team meetings.

This enables us to stand on a more stable foundation and to sharpen our profile and create new connections.

The project, which ran between March and December 2022, also included further training in theatre pedagogy and family-friendly urban development, thus supporting us in our work with children and young people.
